INTRODUCTIONThe privacy policy applies to all personal data we process.The confidentiality of your personal data is one of the main concerns of Accellions SRL, CUI 46150650 as a data controller.This document is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using the website www.accellions.comThis Policy has been developed in accordance with the legislation of Romania and the European Union, in particular with the following documents:• The General Data Protection Regulation (RDPR), adopted by the European Parliament and the European Council on 27 April 2016;• Any other local law regarding the protection of personal data that applies in Romania.For the purposes of this Policy, the
following definitions are used:

means a person who is responsible for monitoring the application of the GDPR
and other applicable laws on the protection of data subjects for the processing
of personal data and who performs the functions assigned to him by this Policy
and other applicable legislation.

information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("data
subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be
identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an
identifying element, such as a name, an identification number, location data,
an online identifier, or one or more many specific elements, proper to his
physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity
of that person.
• “Processing” means any operation
or set of operations performed on personal data or personal data sets, with or
without the use of automated means, such as collecting, recording, organizing,
structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, extraction, consultation, use,
disclosure by transmission, dissemination or making available in any other way,
alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.
• “Restriction of processing” means the marking of stored personal data in order to limit their future processing.
• “Profiling” means any form of automatic processing of personal data which consists in the use of personal data to assess certain personal aspects relating to an individual, in particular to analyze or anticipate performance issues in the field of personal data: work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location of the individual or his/her travels.
• “Operator” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or together with others, establishes the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. For the purposes of this Policy, by operator means Accellions SRL.
• “Third-party” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, the controller and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller, are authorized to process data personal

5. BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
The collection and use of data by the operator will be done for the following purposes:

7. DURATION OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THE OPERATOR
The personal data received from you will be stored as long as required by law, and if there is no legal requirement, we will keep them for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected.Unless otherwise provided by law, we will usually retain your data for the duration of a contract under which we process such data, plus a period of five years from the termination of the data.After processing personal data, those that we no longer need are immediately deleted from all our records, according to internal procedures.We do not process or transmit this data to any other entity, without the consent of the Data Subject / Operator, and without a legitimate reason provided by law, the General Data Protection Regulation or European Union law.
8. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA

9. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY
