Responsibilities:

Ensures the specific registration of accounting documents and the daily record of all accounting operations using specific applications;
Ensure the accounting record of stocks;
Checks the correctness of primary accounting documents received from third parties and centralizes them;
Ensures the evidence and accounting registration of documents related to the purchase of goods and services from suppliers;
Ensures evidence of bank statements;
Manages the record and the accounting registration of the pettycash and statements;
Operates the fixed assets (capitalization, amortizations, scarp, disposal, write-offs);
Reconcile supplier and customer account sheets;
Actively participate in the annual/quarterly inventory;
Represents the company in the case of financial controls and provides support in resolving audit requirements;
Prepares various reports, at the request of the manager;
Check the balances of customers, suppliers, advances, stocks;
Prepares financial statements to the fiscal and local authorities;
Administers personnel and payroll.
